BUILD YOUR ACADEMIC CAREER

WHO
WE ARE
Grades and More Consultancy is an education strategic consultancy group that is committed to the growth and development of the youth of Nigeria. We are a group of friends that spent a little extra time on understanding ourselves and how to achieve better.
We want to help students reach their full potential as we see this as an investment in the future of Nigeria. We believe that development involves a shift in mindset and hence we want to fill these important gaps that the education systems keep missing out on. By pooling on our collective knowledge, we are going to develop the level of education in Nigeria and provide our students with a learning model that actually works, unlike the current broken system from 120 years ago.

We want to foster a community that encourages youths that are academically curious and self-driven, to stay inspired and persistent in their pursuit of knowledge. On top of that, we want them to set higher goals regardless of the "limits" that may exist in the environment. Honestly, we would have loved to be amongst the academically inclined and future oriented when we were younger. So, we want to create that opportunity for others.
WHAT
WE DO
Through one-on-one personalised advisory sessions, we provide students with our perspectives, experience and guidance to create self-actualised individuals that can dictate their own academic careers. We believe that students are supposed to be at the centre of their education and hence should be equipped with tools to create their own educational realities.

Our program consists of 5 interconnected modules that explore what we believe are the 5 important aspects of 'educational enlightenment'
Goals & Vision
Goal Deconstruction
Academic Preparation
Rituals
College Perspective
Each module of the program is attended to in an hour-long session between the student and on of our consultants. At the end of the program, students would have invested 5 hours of their lives to acquire knowledge that we've derived over the last 5 years of our lives.

We believe that the credibility of our methodologies, our guidance and our strategies rests in the fact that we all schooled in Nigeria - in the same or in similar schools that our students are currently studying in - and have achieved significantly in our own academic lives.
It should be noted that the methods we share are our methods, and hence are constantly being put to use - and their success is evident. In other words, we do the continuous R&D work for the services we offer, and test it on ourselves - taking on 100% of the risk so that our students can simply learn from our findings.
WHO
WE WANT
The need for this programme was pulled form our collective experience of growing up in an education environment that was not well suited to cultivate

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven students who feel that they would benefit from the opportunity to pick at our collective experience, knowledge and academic networks. We are only taking 8 candidates this Summer to ensure that we invest deeply in only those students who want more from their education.
Application Period ends on the 17th of July - we will only contact those that applied through email for interviews.

We want to ensure that time for both the student as well as the consultant is valued and best impacted so that there is continuity and longevity to this unique programme

WHAT
WE OFFER
"Do I pay to participate in this program?"
Yes.
We want out students to be responsible for their growth/progress through our program - though we have a planned structure for the program, we expect the student to be in the driver's seat in determining what best we can do for them.
Hence, to encourage a sense of accountability, we are charging a small fee for each consultation session. We are investing a lot of our time, resources and skills to help other people, for the cause and hence we only want to work with students that would take full responsibility in their learning
